✔ Handwoven in the Mut region of southern Turkey, this mid-century kilim features a bold Navajo-inspired composition of stacked geometric medallions, arrow motifs, and repeating bow-tie figures. The palette is an earthy blend of soft taupe, clay rose, muted gray, warm ivory, and deep chocolate brown, all naturally dyed and woven from hand-spun wool.
The repeating tribal symbols and stepped medallion layout echo both Anatolian nomadic weaving and the graphic rhythm of Southwestern textiles—making this a crossover piece that suits modern rustic, desert, boho, Scandinavian, and Japandi interiors. Woven in the 1970s and never used, it retains excellent structure, tight weave, and original fringes.
