HOT ! Chartreuse Parquet Gubi Masculo Chair

This wonderful Gubi Masculo Lounge Chair was designed by the design duo GamFratesi who combine Scandinavian simplicity with Italian flair and was a vintage find for us here at Susi Bellamy. 

The minute we saw them we knew that they were the perfect showcase for our new Graphic Grains velvet fabric collection and thought it would be fun to upholster each of the 6 chairs in a different design.  They can be purchased separately or in pairs for use as stylish study chairs or as a set for a colourful dining room statement.  We are happy to send out fabric swatches too before purchase. 

The design of each chair is characterised by the contradiction between Scandinavian elegance and Italian dynamic lines.  The distinctive, semicircular back and armrest makes these chairs sublimely ergonomic while the sledge metal base add to to the modernist mid century vibe. They are incredibly comfortable in real life, beautifully upholstered and even better in the flesh...
