This is a Sapper Series Management Desk Chair, originally designed by Richard Sapper in 1979. This particular example was produced by Knoll circa the 2000s. This is one of Sapper\'s most iconic works, along with the Tizio lamp. The design features black fabric upholstery with a five-star steel base that has an integrated tilt mechanism and pneumatic lift.
The chair measures 26.5 inches long, 25 inches wide, and 36.5 inches tall with a seat height of 17 inches. This piece does show wear consistent with previous use, including light scuffs and scratches on the frame, as well as stains on the fabric. Overall, the chair is in good condition. Please see photos.
