Kaga Bocha is a popular roasted green tea made from twigs.

It is characterized by a refreshing aroma reminiscent of freshly picked sprouts, and a lingering fragrance. This is \"bo-hojicha,\" a type of roasted green tea made from only the soft, high-quality stems of the first harvest of tea leaves, roasted at high temperatures. By roasting only the stems and omitting the leaves, we\'ve created a tea that is more fragrant and has a much cleaner taste than regular hojicha. We carefully select only the finest tea leaves (sticks) and roast them lightly to bring out the full flavor of the tea leaves. *Because it is lightly roasted, the color is lighter than regular hojicha. Because it\'s low in caffeine, it\'s recommended for use before bed or for children.
