Detailed information on Sencha Meikun
A blend of tea leaves that have been submitted to tea tasting competitions held annually in Japan and the Kansai region. It features a rich flavor and a refreshing aroma typical of sencha. The flavor, which you would never expect from sencha, fills your mouth and leaves a lingering aftertaste. It is recommended to brew the tea in water at about 50 degrees, with more tea leaves and less water. Gradually increase the temperature of the water for the second and third infusions, and finally pour it over with boiling water to enjoy a different flavor from the first infusion, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors with the same tea leaves.
