Use our baking drops for baking at home, professional baking, or even just snacking! Our Sugar Free 70% Dark Chocolate. are made using beans from Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador, a family-owned farm that excels in producing some of the world’s finest cacao.
Our Sugar Free Dark Chocolate is produced with allulose, which is a direct sugar substitute for sucrose. Allulose is not metabolized by humans to any significant extent and blood glucose levels are not increased by consumption of allulose; this is why it contributes negligible calories when eaten. Also, allulose does not contribute to tooth decay unlike sucrose! Because allulose is only 70% as sweet as sucrose, we use a tiny amount of monk fruit extract to add additional sweetness to the chocolate; Monk fruit extract is a plant-based sweetener that also has no calories and has no effect on blood sugar levels.
