Source Information: Our oxides are lab-produced to mimic their natural counterparts while ensuring safety and compliance with FDA regulations. Natural oxides can contain harmful heavy metals, making them unsuitable for cosmetic use. To guarantee purity and eliminate toxic contaminants like lead, arsenic, and mercury, we only use synthetically prepared iron oxides, which have been approved for cosmetics in the USA since 1970. Our pigments maintain the same molecular structure as natural oxides but are free from toxins. We are committed to ensuring our mica is sourced from ethical mines free from child labor.
