Paua, unlike typical abalones, are crustaceans exclusive to the pristine coastal waters of New Zealand, and they have adorned the Maori people as traditional body ornaments for countless centuries. Even today, Paua remains a cherished embellishment for figurines, weaponry, and communal meeting houses.

What sets this razor apart are its truly one-of-a-kind handle scales, showcasing unique colours and patterns. Beyond the extraordinary grip material, which includes an ornate rivet, the intricate blade laser engraving immediately commands attention. Drawing inspiration from a historic Boker etching used on our razors back in the 1900s, it pays homage to our heritage. The blade features an extra hollow grind with a ridge and bears the authentic Boker stamp in the blade passage.
