HOT ! 100% Geisha (Damarli Estate Plot 11)

Coming off one of the best farms in Panama, this batch of Reserve coffee features an anaerobically fermented Geisha from Damarli Estates coveted \"Plot 11\". 

This coffee offers a lot of tasting notes typical of a good Panamanian Geisha like Jasmin, bergamot along with other more vibrant fruit forward notes from the fermentation. 

Every bean is handpicked, sorted and gone over again with an optical sorter to ensure the coffee is as clean as possible. 

This coffee landed at #15 in the international round of Best of Panama (BOP) with a 92.19 average score. 

**If you are new to Geisha\'s or prefer more typical dark roasts, this coffee might not be for you. Geishas are light, fruit forward and have a medium-high level of acidity. Our preferred brew methods with this coffee are pour over, AeroPress and espresso.
