15g coffee to 240g water at 200–205°F. Slow, circular pour. This method highlights Hope\'s floral and fruit-forward notes most clearly and gives you precise control over extraction strength.

30g coffee, 500g water at 200°F. Bloom for 30 seconds, then pour slowly in stages. The thick Chemex filter removes oils and produces an exceptionally clean, bright, and gentle cup.
