Kingsbottle Products may be returned within 30 days. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original price, plus any shipping fees. Installed, damaged, used, and refurbished items are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Damage: Upon delivery, please inspect the box for damage and refuse delivery if there is visible damage on the external box. Be sure to note the damage on the bill of lading and take pictures. Once you have refused the delivery, please contact our Customer Service team to schedule a reship of the product or receive a refund.
