The 20\" Horizon Ranger smoker features two smoking chambers; one large vertical chamber and one large horizontal chamber. The vertical chamber offers the same cooking space as the Horizon 20\" smoker of 975 square inches and the horizontal chamber expands the total cooking area to over 1,200 square inches! The horizontal cooking chamber is perfect for cooking at up to 325 degrees and the horizontal chambers can roll low and slow at 160 degrees making it the perfect smoker for fish and cheese.
