The Pitco BNB-SSH55 Supreme Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet - Dump Station is designed to be used with the Pitco Solstice SSH55 Fryer. It can be installed on either side of a fryer or between multiple fryers and is designed to match existing or accompanying fryers. The pan area allows for holding and draining of finished product. The drain screen easily lifts out for cleaning. The bottom shelf provides ample storage for breading, batter, food utensils, etc. However, the bottom shelf is not provided when a filter pump or flush hose is located inside the dump station.

The Pitco BNB-SSH55 works best in high-volume restaurants or multi-store restaurant chains. It provides a draining and holding area for finished products and an additional work area when used with optional flat or flush work surface.
