   • Upon receiving payment confirmation, we will promptly email you the sender\'s address. This information will be necessary for you to send your wig to us securely.

   • If you opt for our \"Provide Your Own Wig\" service, please ensure that the wig is new and has not undergone any previous customizing, except for coloring/and or bleaching.
   
   
   • Please note that we do not provide bleaching services at the moment.
   
   
   • Please note extra styling will have a separate invoice sent once wig is received. Extra styling includes: recreation of a hairstyle, curls, crimps, straightening etc..
