Rare industrial style rolling bookcase or etagere display shelf designed by Suzanne Kasler for Hickory Chair Furniture Company. The Prado bookcase features a large iron tubular frame with a rich dark bronzed finish. The bookcase is 2 part each having a large x form stretcher on the back for support. The bottom case ends with optional casters that lock into place. Versatile shelving arrangements with height adjustable options to make more shelving. The shelves are crafted from ash with an optional cream painted finish. Handsome profile and quality finishes. The shelves are sturdy and strong and could also be used as a display case or storage unit. From an estate in Beverly Hills, CA.
