Description

With the name Stories, Copenhagen maker Umage alludes to the distinctively personal nature of its flexible shelving. As individual collections will vary, so too creative head Søren Ravn Christensen allows for a customizable unit “so you can display your favorite objects as they deserve,” he says.

Crafted in solid oak with 4 shelves—one with an opening that holds a brass plate for small bits and bobs—Stories also includes 3 wooden box trays with venetian cane fronts for bringing order to any disarray. The shelving system can be expanded as needed and comes with brass feet that can be adjusted for leveling. And additional accessories are available separately, including a glass bowl, extra storage trays and a side table (also at A+R.)
