A wreath of delicate flowers compose an open-hearted necklace adorned with a beautiful jewel. Shown with a Ruby, also available with additional gems (perfect for a birthstone necklace - please inquire). Crafted in solid 14K Gold or Sterling Silver. Heart measures approx. 1\" long x 1\" wide and gem measures approx. 2.25mm or .04tcw. Handcrafted with Love in NYC by Elise Perelman.
