At the same time, we\'ve designed the POWERFLOW PRO in such a way that you can still feel the ground, for that more natural feel when you train.

The F-FLY benefits from a new anatomical fit that locks securely in around your heel, but then widens around your toes. This allows your toes to splay when running or lifting, giving you a comfortable, stable base from which to attack your workout. In addition a lightweight, 3D print Met-Cradle wraps around your midfoot to give you support and stability during high impact exercise.

A single piece of engineered air mesh makes the F-FLY extremely breathable, keeping you dry and comfortable during intense training sessions. For cross training workouts involving rope climbs, there\'s also ROPE-TEC technology in the arch which gives you extra grip and protection.
