If you want to stay with the default roomier Comfort Fit: choose the size equal to your measured foot length.

If you prefer a performance-oriented Precision Fit: choose ½ size smaller than your measured foot length.

If you prefer a close Technical Fit: choose 1 full size smaller than your measured foot length.
