Absolutely stunning example of 1920\'s Art deco in a dramatic shade of midnight blue silk panné velvet. Featuring an asymmetrical ruffle cascading down the base of the dress, anchored by a diamanté deco buckle. The collar is adorned in a gold toned lace that grows into the velvet. Horizontal pin tucked panels separate the skirt from the bodice, and there is a loose, breezy fit made sexy by its drape. Excellent condition. Sizing is flexible with this piece!
