This striking necklace was constructed in the repousseé method in 14k yellow gold. The cabochon cut turquoise is encircled by the delicate form of a snake wrapped around the stone, forming a bezel frame. The crescent is beautifully embellished by an intricate, high relief design. Measuring 1 1/2 inches across with an 18 inch gold chain attached on either end the pendant has a prominent presence. This antique piece retains the original maker\'s mark for William Link Company of Newark, NJ and was manufactured during the 1890\'s.
