Tangiwai Pounamu | Dean Marjoribanks
This beautiful tāonga, or valued item, is titled \"Te Tau Ihu o te waka,\" which translates to \"the bow of the waka.\" It is a profound symbol of direction, leadership, and the journey of life.

This piece showcases his passion and knowledge, which he has furthered through a number of academic studies in Māori language, arts, customs, and carving.
