The Atrix Omega Supreme Plus ULPA Cleanroom vacuums (Ultra Low Penetrating Air) are rated for class 100,000 ISO8 cleanrooms and are a fantastic option for clean areas, pharmaceutical, medical and electronic applications. These ESD-safe vacuums are built with HEPA filtration and a built-in electronic line filter to minimize EMI and RFI noise emissions.

This commercial vacuum features an ULPA pre-motor and HEPA post-motor filtration, along with self-storage and contained accessories. The Ametek Advantek II motor is 1,000-hour rated, and the vacuum has a 10-foot detachable power cord. The one-gallon ULPA filter brand media is 99.999% efficient at capturing debris at 0.12 microns and greater and includes 3 layers of 56 pleat media. The three layers consist of two glass layers and one cellulose layer.

The ULPA filter captures everything from dust, debris, and hazardous material while the toolbox structure and self-contained accessories make this vacuum extremely convenient for the operator to use, transport, and store. This vacuum comes with an ESD-safe flexible gooseneck tool and ESD-safe stretch hose. It also comes with a filter plug, non-ESD Utility nozzle, and adjustable shoulder strap.

To operate this vacuum, release the two front fasteners and open the lid. Remove the hose, power cord, and attachment from the cover storage area. Remove the orange plug from the filter cartridge and store it in the unit. Slide one end of the super flex hose into the filter cartridge.

Attach the appropriate accessories on the hose assembly and plug the female end of the power cord into the vacuum receptacle. Close the lid and attach it securely. Ensure that the outlet you’ll plug it into is properly installed and grounded in accordance with local codes, and plug the vacuum in. Turn on the power switch to begin use.

These vacuums have a factory-installed Thermal Cutout in case the unit begins to overheat. The vacuum will shut down for 20 minutes if this happens. Turn the vacuum off and check your vacuum (for clogs or to see if the filter needs to be replaced). In 20 minutes, resume use.
