Designed in 1957, the Saarinen Table embodies the thought and theory behind one of the 20th century\'s great architects. The Saarinen Table continues to be a favorite of design enthusiasts around the world, as it can be used in a variety of spaces, but is most commonly used in dining or conference settings.

The finishes for the tops and bases for the Saarinen Table have changed throughout the years, and more sizes have been added.  In 1957, the standard finishes included white, black, charcoal, and gray-beige.  Initial top finishes included Madera gray-beige marble, Rosso colomendino brown-rose marble, and St. Laurent dark brown marble.

Materials: Oval dining height Saarinen tulip table with white, black, or matte silver lacquered cast aluminum base and choice of laminate, marble, wood, or ceramic top.  White, black, and silver bases are available in a glossy or matte finish.  The base is treated with a clear protective finish to resist scratches, stains, and scuffs. Saarinen table stone tops are protected with a natural wax finish.
