With the spookiest season in full swing and Halloween decorations abound, why not add this adorable vampire bat to your collection! Paired with our Whimsical Snail, these two mystical creatures take you on a stroll through the midnight garden, filling you with a sense of mystery and amazement. 

Each wooden bat has been hand-painted in shades of charcoal, gold, lilac and copper. The bats\' unique features include:

• Night garden cat flowers bloom under a copper moon, while vampire bats glide in the night sky. A mystical black cat wears a gold wizard cloak and weaves magic across the lands.


• A symbolic celestial Halloween pattern decorates the reverse side.


• The organic shape of each bat allows children to play three dimensionally - setting the scene for some amazing creative play.


• Each wooden bat is made from FSC certified Pine and stands approximately 8cm high, 12cm long and 2cm deep.


• 
  Handcrafted locally by an Australian woodworker, and hand-painted by us.Each comes within a handmade cotton drawstring bag for safe keeping.
  


• Materials used - wood, non-toxic high quality acrylic paints, and non-toxic sealer.

While bats are often associated with spooky stories, bats are actually remarkable and mystical creatures, the only mammals that can fly!  A symbol of rebirth and transition. Just as bats embrace the transition from day into night by filling the dusk sky, we must embrace the unknown and face adversities with courage.

Our wooden bats are handcrafted and made to order - these will take approximately 1-2 weeks. This turnaround time is our best estimate and does not include shipping timeframes.

This collection is suitable for ages 3+ ~ although non-toxic, our products are not intended as chew toys.  Small parts may be a choking hazard for young children, so please take care around your little ones.
