HOT ! Whole Bean Medium Roast 2-Pack

Our Whole Bean Medium Roast 2-Pack includes one bag of our Mercury Blend and one bag of our Venus Roast.

Beans for our Mercury Blend are sourced from Peru and Honduras and deliver a bold dark chocolate taste with a subtle caramel flavor. From Peru, they are grown organically by 124 women members of the Asociación de Productores Cafetaleros de la Cuenca del Rio Marañón (APROCCURMA). They are washed and sun-dried, delivering a flavor profile including peach, plum, kiwi, floral, and maple.  

From Honduras, our whole beans come from the Santa Barbara region. They are collectively planted, processed, and curated by over 1,500 producers working with the San Vicente exporter and are fully washed and mechanically dried. The flavor profile includes chocolate, orange, and caramel.

For our Venus Roast, we source Parainema beans produced on a family farm in Nicaragua. They are harvested by hand, fully washed using spring water, and naturally sun-dried for a clean finish, delivering a delicious flavor profile of citrus, caramel, and rich cacao.
